1. Description of Service and Disclaimer

Atrium provides users with astrological calculations, natal charts, and AI-generated astrological interpretations based on user-provided birth data.

Entertainment Purposes Only: All content, interpretations, readings, and reports provided by Atrium are for entertainment purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not make any major life decisions based solely on the information provided by the Service. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or objective truth of astrological interpretations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the permission and supervision of a legal parent or guardian.
• Account Security: To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete birth data and account information.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Purchases: Atrium offers digital products, including AI-generated readings and reports, which may be purchased via web payment (Stripe), VietQR (PayOS.vn), or iOS In-App Purchases (Apple).
• One-Time Purchases, No Subscriptions: All Atrium purchases are one-time, non-renewing unlocks. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions, and you will not be billed on a recurring basis.
• Refund Policy (Web and VietQR): All reading purchases made within Atrium via Stripe or PayOS.vn are final and non-refundable. However, if you have encountered a technical issue that prevented you from receiving or accessing your purchased content, you may request a review by emailing us at atrium@samma.tech. Inquiries must be sent from the account you signed in with to verify ownership.
• Apple In-App Purchases: Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions, including Apple's refund policy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by SAMMA AI LLC. To request a refund for an Apple In-App Purchase, please use Apple's Report a Problem page.

4. AI-Generated Content

Atrium utilizes advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence models (including Google Gemini and xAI/Grok) to generate personalized astrological readings.

• By using the Service, you acknowledge that this content is machine-generated.
• While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI can occasionally produce interpretations that are inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent. We are not liable for any distress or misunderstanding caused by AI-generated text.

5. User Content and Public Sharing

Profile Sharing: Atrium allows you to generate public share links that display your name, birth data, natal chart, and interpretations. If you choose to use this feature, you acknowledge that anyone with the link can view this information. You are solely responsible for what you choose to share publicly.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Input third-party birth data without their consent if you intend to share it publicly.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, graphics, code, and algorithms within Atrium are the intellectual property of SAMMA AI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our app or generated content outside of the intended sharing features of the Service.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

• By You: You may schedule the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app or by contacting support. Account deletion requests include a 7-day grace period, after which your data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAMMA AI LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SAMMA AI LLC, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington state.

11. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and, where required, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
