What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?

All reading purchases made within Atrium are final and non-refundable. However, if you have encountered a technical issue that prevented you from receiving or accessing your purchase, we are happy to help. Please reach out to us at atrium@samma.tech. When requesting a technical refund, the inquiry must be sent from the email address you used to sign into the app so we can verify your ownership of the account.

How do I delete my account and personal data?

We respect your privacy and make it easy to manage your data. You have two ways to permanently delete your account and all associated information:

  1. In the App: You can schedule the deletion of your account directly within the Atrium app settings.
  2. Via Email: You can request account deletion by emailing us at atrium@samma.tech. For security purposes, this email request must be sent from the exact email address you used to register your Atrium account to verify ownership.

What should I do if I experience a technical issue or bug?
